1. Acceptance

By accessing or using TotoID you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Bangladesh to use TotoID.

3. Permitted use

TotoID is provided for lawful personal use only — for example, identifying unknown callers. You must not use TotoID to:

• Harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
• Conduct mass automated lookups (scraping) without written permission.
• Resell or sublicense the data or API access.
• Circumvent daily or rate limits.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Data accuracy

Name data is sourced from third-party APIs and may not always be accurate or up to date. TotoID makes no warranty about the correctness of any lookup result. Do not make legal or financial decisions based solely on TotoID results.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TotoID is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
